How long does a patio take?

Most residential patios run three to six working days depending on size, access, and how much excavation is involved. You get a date range in writing before we start.

Why do some patios sink?

Almost always an inadequate base. We excavate to the depth the soil and use actually require and compact in lifts — it costs more up front and it's the difference between five years and twenty-five.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. That includes WDNR Chapter 30 permits for shoreline work, which have their own timeline — start those conversations early.
